We understand first-hand how difficult and time consuming the Florida state and local permitting process can be. Especially for the average Stor-Mor customer who would have to take time off work to go stand in line at the local building department. Our team together has over 50 years’ experience in acquisition, construction, and development. So, when the “Let me look into the Permit before I buy” objection comes across your desk you have an affordable solution. With the purchase of any of our programs we will be available by Phone, Text, or Email to answer any question that your customer may have.

OUR PROGRAMS

“Inquiry”- This is our base program; we will contact the proper Government office to determine the required documents (which the Client will gather) and where you should be able to find them along with a step-by-step process for you to complete the Permitting Process. As with all our programs we will be available by phone, text, or email to assist you. Cost $299 **

“Fast Track”- With the “Fast Track” option we will gather all the information needed and provide a “To Scale” Aerial drawing (Excludes Legal Survey) along with a completed application and engineering. This package will then be sent to the property owner to be reviewed and signed. Client will then turn into the proper Government office. Cost $399**

“Full Service”- The “Full Service” option requires minimal involvement from the property owner normally just signatures after a review and we will handle the rest. Cost $499**
