Our base program. We contact the appropriate government offices to determine whether your specific Stor-Mor building meets local restrictions for your property. If so we will prepare a list of required documents for your project, and where you should be able to find them along with a step-by-step process for you to complete the Permitting Process. Most Government agencies will require you to complete an aerial “to-scale” drawing of the entire property showing buildings, setbacks drainage etc. The team is available for assistance via phone, text, or email.
Fast Track

With the Fast Track service, after verifying that your Stor-Mor building meets local restrictions we will gather all needed information from the appropriate government offices, and provide a “to-scale” aerial drawing (excludes legal survey) with necessary notations along with a completed application and engineering. The completed package will be either mailed or emailed to the client for review and client will then sign and submit to the appropriate government offices.
Full Service
$499
The Full Service package requires minimal involvement from the property owner. All documentation is gathered and provided, with typically only signatures required by customers. This option saves you time money and possible frustration due to the inevitable Governmental “Red Tape”.
